Payment Methods

We offer two ways to pay for your order. Both are processed in South African rand and fully secure.

PayFast

PayFast is South Africa's leading online payment gateway and our default checkout option. Choosing PayFast at checkout lets you pay instantly with:

— Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards
— Instant EFT from any major South African bank
— Other methods supported by PayFast at the time of checkout

You're redirected to PayFast's secure environment to complete the transaction, and returned to Mable as soon as payment is confirmed. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Manual EFT

Prefer to pay directly from your bank account? Choose EFT at checkout and we'll email you our banking details along with a unique reference for your order. Once your transfer reflects in our account, we begin building your Mable.

To avoid delays, please use the reference exactly as supplied and email proof of payment to hello@mable.co.za. Production starts as soon as funds clear — typically up to 48 hours for transfers from a South African bank.

When you pay

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Because every Mable is custom-made to your specifications, we begin sourcing materials and cutting boards as soon as your payment clears.

Currency and pricing

All prices on the site are quoted in South African rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. The R500 shipping fee is added at checkout — see our Shipping page for details.

Refunds

If a part arrives damaged or missing, we'll replace it at no cost. Because each piece is custom-made, completed orders cannot be refunded — please double-check your design and dimensions in the editor before paying. See our FAQ for more on returns and warranty.
