Every Mable is handcrafted to order in our Cape Town workshop and shipped to your door anywhere in South Africa.

Where we deliver

We deliver to any physical address in South Africa — homes, apartments, offices and estates. Our courier partner handles every delivery, from major metros to outlying towns. We do not currently ship outside of South Africa.

Delivery cost

A flat fee of R500 covers shipping anywhere in the country, regardless of order size, weight, or destination. The fee is added at checkout and shown clearly before you pay — no surprises.

How long it takes

Because each piece is built to your exact specifications, expect 4 to 6 weeks from order to delivery, anywhere in South Africa. That window covers the build in our Cape Town workshop and the courier leg to your door.

You'll receive progress updates while your piece is being made, and a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Receiving your order

Mable furniture ships flat-packed in protective cartons, designed to fit through standard doorways and lifts. Assembly is straightforward and tool-free — every order includes a personal manual and each board carries an identification sticker.

If you're not home when the courier arrives, they'll attempt one free re-delivery to the same address. You can reschedule or arrange a collection point through the courier's online portal using your tracking number.

Damaged or missing parts

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is missing or arrives damaged, email us at hello@mable.co.za with photos and your order number — we'll replace the affected parts at no cost, within 14 days.
